Trainer Approval Criteria

ILLAFTrain trainers are considered from the higher available trainers in the region. Only for this, you have to know that by your joining with the professional trainer groups in the region. We know that you will not think about joining unless you are very distinctive, (Joining conditions differ according to the materials the trainer trains). So in order to complete your membership, process:

• You must have an accepted experience in training and a good number of trainees.
• The first step is to fill the application of ILLAFTrain approved trainer membership.
• You must have ICT certificate or its equivalent (If it is licensed from one to the inter national training sides, like having on of the following certificate: Exec train trainer, file net trainer, INLPTA training, Microsoft trainer, ITDA trainer, ASTD trainer, or their equivalents).
• Signing the agreement of ILLAFTrain trainer approval.
• Complying with ILLAFTrain charter (PDF file)
• Complying with the ethics system and behavior's level.
• Complying with licensing agreement (PDF file).
• The trainer's committing with preparing the annual training schedule and inputting it (with the whole details) into his account at ILLAFTrain site, 15 days before the year starts(12/15/every year)
• The trainer's committing with following his page on ILLAFTrain site periodically and as necessary, participating with the news (one news monthly at least), and replying on the whole arriving messages, or turning them to ILLAFTrain - the mother to reply on them. The trainer commitment with preferring work with the franchisee, except if he is given better offers, (and he has to prove that as necessary).
• The trainer commitment with studying the values of his training programs investment, in a form does not harm ILLAFTrain other trainers or other franchisee, and this is done after seeing the available investment values on ILLAFTrain site. If the investment values are low or un suitable for the general frame, it is preferred to be shown through 'contact with us' (in the sense that the investment value is not shown directly but there is a need to contact to know it.
• The trainer commitment with receiving ILLAFTrain representative one time yearly (the sudden visit), he is responsible about his traveling and staying costs for one day only, he provides him with the needed facilities to finish his task (which is only to make sure of the second team commitment with the determined criteria).
• The trainer commitment with attending ILLAFTrain annual conference or sending a representative for him.
• Complying with an annual membership fee (125 USD).
• The first step to get ILLAFTrain trainer membership is to fill the membership application.
